To be in good physical and mental condition, suitable for the practice of the organized sporting/hiking/fitness activity, releasing the organizer from any responsibility in the event of any injury or damage to one's person, caused by undeclared physical conditions.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages to myself or others resulting from my participation in the activity, even if caused by adverse weather or environmental conditions. I release the organizer, collaborators, and/or instructors from any civil or criminal liability for damages to persons or property.

(Optional) I authorize the use of photos and/or videos taken during the activity for promotional, social or website purposes.

I authorize the processing of my personal data included in the registration form in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for the purposes of participating in the fitness activity, ensuring the safety and organizational management of the activity.
